    Abstract: 台灣化學工程學會 (http://www.twiche.org.tw/) 從95學年 (2006) 開始舉辦大學部「程序設計」競賽，這是有獎學金鼓勵的全國大專院校之競賽。「程序設計」課程的目的是在訓練學生專業知識綜合運用、創意思考與團隊協作及報告溝通能力。盼能藉本文的撰寫帶給年輕世代學人的參考並積極參與競賽。本文主要以一個化工整廠設計範例闡釋概念設計、裝置設計、經濟評估、製程安全、控制系統、最適設計、熱力學模式選擇以及熱能整合與節能減碳。
