    Title: 微生物胞外多醣之生產方法

    Abstract: 一種微生物胞外多醣(Exopolysaccharide，EPS)之生產方法，其係利用調控微生物的培養條件來提升微生物胞外多醣的產量，本發明中係使用寄存於生物資源保存及研究中心編號為BCRC910490之類芽孢桿菌屬Paenibacillus sp.菌株為生產菌，並在0.5%至1.5%烏賊軟骨粉為唯一碳氮源的培養液中以37℃的溫度進行培養至少四天，取得培養液進行一純化分離以獲得一微生物胞外多醣。
