Abstract:	一種假單胞菌屬(Pseudomonas sp.)新種菌株TKU015(基因庫編號EU103629，食品工業發展研究所生物資源保存中心的寄存編號BCRC17752)，並利用該新種細菌，發酵以蝦殼廢棄物為唯一碳/氮源之液體培養基，可自所得上清液純化出一種幾丁質酶、幾丁聚醣酶及納豆激酶。此菌生產納豆激酶之較適條件為：於1％蝦殼粉、0.1％磷酸氫鉀、0.05％硫酸鎂之100毫升液體培養基(pH 7)，於30℃搖瓶培養2天者。
