    Abstract: 廠家競爭力直接受供應商績效好壞的影響，故應定期評估供應商以提高其績效。本論文以文獻資料，選擇品質、交期與價格三種主要屬性為評估準則，依各決策方案(供應商)在各評估準則之績效表現，在其容許差異的範圍內，賦予適當的得分；再以專家意見評估屬性間重要性之相對權重；最後以理想解類似度順序偏好法（technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution，簡稱 TOPSIS）加以排序，以建立供應商績效評估模式，並以實例說明模式之應用。本文的研究結論可提供印刷電路板公司選擇供應商的參考。
