Abstract:	TPP 12國部長級代表2016年2月在紐西蘭的奧克蘭簽署TPP協定。貨品市場開放是耗時5年半的TPP談判的重要議題之一。美日農產品貿易談判是TPP貨品市場開放談判達成共識的關鍵。本研究的目的是整理歸納TPP美日農產品貿易談判的經過、結果並嘗試從國際關係理論的認知主義知識導向途徑詮釋日本參加TPP及達成農產品貿易談判共識的原因及其政經意涵。本文共計五節，分別為：壹、前言；貳、TPP美日農產品貿易談判；參、日本TPP談判的農產品市場開放及評析；肆、日本參加TPP的政經意涵；伍、結論。
