    Abstract: 性別平等是國際社會努力追求的目標,惟其能落實,有賴教育的基礎工程建設,而課程發展為重要之關鍵。臺灣在九年一貫課程中,針對性別平等教育議題編有獨立課綱,並以融入學習領域方式進行;在後期中等教育階段,則是在課綱的實施通則中列為一項須融入課程的重大議題。只是這樣的做法,未能達成預期功能,故本文期冀透過回顧性別平等教育議題融入課程的作法,包括耙梳議題融入課程的脈絡,議題課綱之發展軸線及所遇困境,以提出在此波因應十二年國民基本教育進行課程改革時,性別平等教育議題的學習內容、課程融入的有效作法,以及如何強化溝通以整合力量,以供參考。
