摘要:	由於地理位置因素，宏都拉斯儼然成為往北販毒之中繼站，使宏國陷入暴力、貪汙與人民恐懼浪潮中，此情況再加上高貧窮率、缺乏教育更限制國內外投資。宏都拉斯已挺過其政治體制艱困時期，亦是最容易受氣候變遷影響國家之一。因此，該國必須在各領域盡最大努力。中華民國(台灣)自雙方建交起即與宏國保持良好外交關係。提供獎學金、投入教育發展、捐贈直升機以打擊販毒，亦有助於降低由新威脅所帶來之犯罪行為。 Due to its geographical position Honduras has become bound drug to northern countries step, plunging the country into a wave of violence, corruption and fear in the population, coupled with high rates of poverty, lack of education and an investment domestic and foreign limited by the same situation in which the country finds itself. Honduras has gone through difficult times in its political system; it is also one of the most vulnerable countries to climate change, so that the State must make great efforts in all areas. The Republic of China (Taiwan) is a friendly country that has been supporting the nation since the start of diplomatic relations. Scholarship Awards betting on education as a factor of development, donation helicopters to fight drug trafficking, and helping to lower criminal activities brought about by new threats.
