摘要:	此研究以台灣發展模式為例，分析高等教育和經濟發展的現存關係，以及2010-2015年間台灣與巴拉圭在教育領域的合作。教育對於國家的經濟和社會發展扮演一個重要的角色，因此從其他國家的成功經驗中，取其當作範例遵循，而台灣的例子隨著時間的變化顯示出，在教育領域是有可能透過適當政策的實施，藉由培訓促進生產力、革新和經濟成長的高度專業競爭人士而獲得改善。 This research analyzes the relationship between the Economic Development and Higher Education with a focus on the development model of Taiwan and the cooperation of that country to Paraguay in this area during the period 2010-2015. Education plays an important role in economic and social development of the countries, hence it is appropriate to look at the success of others that are suitable as a paradigm to follow economies; in this case Taiwan, which has shown with the passing of the years that progress is possible through the implementation of sound policies in education, fostering generations of highly competitive professionals that contribute to productivity, innovation and economic growth.
