    Abstract: 亞洲地區的經濟成長活力被視為21世紀最值得期待的區域，特別是基礎建設亦是眾多投資的標的。有鑑於此，中國以提倡一帶一路與創立亞洲基礎建設銀行進行佈局。這與積極在亞洲推行政府開發援助行之有年且主導亞洲開發銀行的先進國日本會產生什麼樣的競合關係，值得深入研究。
    The energy of economic growth in Asia-Pacific region is worth to expected in 21st century, especially the infrastructure construction is the most popular investment targets. In view of this, the government of China proposed “Silk Road Economic Belt” and established The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB). AIIB is a regarded as a rival of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), which is regarded as dominated by developed countries like Japan. Therefore, this study is aimed at exploring the effect of AIIB supported by China on ADB emphasized by Japan..
