    摘要: 刺激即為激勵,無論對個人、或對企業、甚至對地區,均為一種刺激經濟的方式,目的在於增加產量和改善效率。

    本論文分析台灣與宏都拉斯雙方的勞動市場,著墨於失業這個普遍性問題。在職業市場中,失業係指工作者面臨無職缺以致無薪水的情況,並擴及部分的中高齡族群、有勞動條件卻無適合職缺。本論文提出以刺激勞動力和創造市場之論點,藉勞力需求來減少失業問題。

    此論文以宏都拉斯為例,說明如何藉創造職缺來消除失業問題,透過滿足雇主的誘因、創造更多投資能力,就業機會和適當職缺皆為人民的福利。

    在參考資料方面,除了蒐集自宏都拉斯國內相關的資料外,亦拜訪了台灣勞動部,實際了解台灣如何解決失業問題,同時藉研究分析,比較兩國的做法,並探索是否能應用到其他經濟層面。
    For the economy, an incentive is a stimulus that is offered to a person, a company or a sector in order to increase production and improve performance.

    When we analyze both countries, you can pay attention that due to issue the general problem is the same, referring to unemployment in general and work incentives and self-generation market for labor demand that have, to lessen the problem .

    Unemployment in the labor market, refers to the situation of a worker who is unemployed and therefore wages. By extension is the part of the population being age, condition and willingness to work actively-population lacks a job.

    The purpose of this paper is to show how you''re doing in Honduras to counter this problem through the creation of jobs out of the ordinary, through generators incentive that provide the employer the ability to create more investment and the same as well, employment opportunities and vacancies requested to bring the most benefits for the population.

    In the research part not only information available in Honduras, also have to visit the counterpart of the Secretary of Labor Taiwan to see how current programs are working and how they will solve this problem. Also make analysis and comparison to know if these programs could eventually be applied in the economy of another country.
