    Abstract: 本研究以年輕女性做為關注對象，透過質性深度訪談的方式，去探討年輕女性對自己的未來生涯規劃，並藉由未來學研究方法的未來三角，了解年輕女性對自己的未來想像為何。
    This research considered these young female. Through in-depth interview, this study aimed at exploring the young female’s career image. Furthermore, through futures triangle the research depicts some possible and probably futures of their career image.
