    Abstract: 近年來由於資訊科技的日益發達,教育產業進入了高速發展的時代,3D虛擬技術輔助教學系統在教育的可行性也大為增加。許多國內外的教育單位或機構,也建置許多相關互動模擬軟體工具,實體實驗室的教學價值是有目共睹的,但是虛擬實驗室卻展現出一個新的科學實驗教學途徑。在目前行動學習盛行之際虛擬實驗室的發展及使用性成為重要的研究議題,本研究探討並歸納使用者對於虛擬實驗室的使用經驗,提出介面修改建議,提供未來改善及修正參考,進而幫助學習者在使用虛擬實驗室時較佳的學習效果。本研究使用「3D 互動虛擬實驗室: 高中物理實驗篇」(徐新逸&周雲虎,2015)計畫中的兩款物理實驗來做為研究標的,研究方法採用使用性分析、問卷及訪談,研究對象為三位專家與20位淡江大學學生,進行啟發式評鑑與任務測試以及問卷訪談,並在測試後進行訪談,同時得到本研究之研究結論與結果。研究結果發現,受測者對於軟體整體滿意度評定屬於普通(OK),平均SUS總分為55分及(GOOD) ,平均SUS總分為63分。該軟體缺乏「錯誤防範、回復、及指引」、「技巧」,本研究也彙整出該軟體使用性的14項問題、並提出該平台未來設計之14項建議。
    Advanced information technology in recent years, education industry rapid development, feasibility of 3D virtual technology-assisted teaching systems in education also increased significantly. Many domestic and foreign educational institutions or organizations, also build a number of related interactive simulation software tools, but the virtual laboratory has demonstrated a new way of teaching science experiments. In the present action learning popular on the development and use of virtual lab become an important research topic.
    The study will takes 「3D Virtual Physics Laboratory: secondary education Physics」as research tools.the subjects are three experts in the field of the usability and twenty student, the subjects rook the usability test and filled in the questionnaire and explore usability problem, and at the same time get conclusions and recommendations of this study. Research finds that testing users evaluate satisfaction to be ordinart(ok) in description the average SUS score of 55 points and testing users evaluate satisfaction to be well(good)in description the average SUS score of 63 points.Testing-users think it''s lack of ''error prevention, recovery, and guidelines''in design. In addition, the study also compiles 14 usability issues of this website and proposes 10 recommendations for its future design.
