    Title: 新北市國民小學教師對專任輔導教師工作之需求評估

    Abstract: 本研究的主要目的是在瞭解新北市國民小學教師對專輔教師工作之現況知覺與需求程度,探討不同背景變項的新北市國民小學教師在專輔教師工作現況與需求之差異情形,並藉由差異情形進行專輔教師工作需求評估。
    本研究係採問卷調查法進行研究。調查之問卷乃是依據相關文獻探討與專家內容效度自編之「國民小學專輔教師工作需求評估問卷」,以新北市國小教師為研究對象,共計440名研究樣本,取得有效樣本383 份問卷。本研究經問卷回收之後,透過描述統計、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析等統計方法,就所得資料加以探討。
    根據本研究資料分析之結果,歸納出以下結論:
    一、新北市國民小學教師普遍對專輔教師工作現況有中高度知覺,現況知覺程度由高至低依序為二級介入性輔導、三級處遇性輔導、初級發展性輔導。
    二、新北市市國民小學教師普遍對專輔教師工作有中高度需求,需求程度由高至低為二級介入性輔導、三級處遇性輔導、初級發展性輔導。。
    三、新北市不同職務的國民小學教師所知覺的專輔教師工作現況與需求程度有顯著不同。
    四、新北市不同年齡、服務年資、學校規模、學校位置的國民小學教師所知覺的專輔教師工作現況與需求程度無顯著不同。
    五、新北市國民小學教師對專輔教師工作知覺現況與需求程度差異有顯著不同。
    根據上述研究結果,本研究列出四點重要建議:
    一、在專輔教師工作向度上「初級發展性輔導」、「二級介入性輔導」、「三級處遇性輔導」之三大層面均有被發展的需求,未來相關單位在規劃專輔教師工作時可持續將各個層面的輔導工作納入發展範疇。
    二、學校輔導處分工微調,明確規範輔導室相關人員的工作內涵。
    三、規劃專輔教師合適的升遷、輪調管道讓校園輔導工作的薪傳不綴,建構永續友善校園。
    The main purpose of this research is to understand the ideal situation and the actual situation in elementary school of school counselors’ work in New Taipei City and investigate different variables on perceptual differences of ideal situation and actual situation of teahers toward school counselors’ work and to assess needs of school counselors’ work.
    The analyzed data was collect through questionnaire survey. The questionnaire: “Needs Assessment of school counselors’ work in Elementary School” was designed by the researcher based on literature review and validated by professionals.The sample population includes educator whose elementary school in New Taipei City. There are 385 vaild samples.The collected data was analyzed through t-test, and one-way ANOVA.
    The main results were summarized as follows:
    1. The perception of elementary school teachers of actual situation of school counselors’work is middle-high.
    2. The perception of elementary school teachers of ideal situation of school counselors’ work is medium-high.
    3. The elementary school teachers who have different position, they have different sensitivity in ideal and actual situation sof school counselors’ work.
    4. The elementary school teachers who have different age, serving years, elementary school’s area and elementary school’s scale, they have same sensitivity in ideal and actual situation of school counselors’ work.
    5. Significant differences exist in the perception of difference between ideal and actual situation of elementary school teachers of school counselors’ work.
    Based on the above results, this research finally proposes four suggestions :
    1.From the perspective of school counselors’work, all dimensions of counseling in elementary school were regarded necessary, so relevant departments in charge of school counselors’work should make the plan in the future.
    2. The relevant units need to adjust and stipulate the internal work of school counseling department.
    3. The relevant units have to plan the promotion system of school counselors create the friendly campus.
