    論文提要內容:
      國內外保險業者發展許多線上教育訓練課程,然而國內的產物保險業的理賠教育訓練課程仍以講述式教學法為主。近年來,學者提出案例教學法能經由情境學習及問題解決幫助學習者習得高層次認知能力。本研究的目的即以案例教學法為基礎,設計發展-「汽車第三人責任保險理賠自學式線上學習教材」,並建立案例教學法的訓練教材設計模式。
      本研究運用設計本位研究法以保險業現行教育訓練方式分析、學習者分析與訓練需求評估的結論設計與發展汽車第三人責任保險理賠案例式線上教材;經由文獻探討與分析,統整出自學式線上案例教材的功能、限制、實施步驟與成效後運用Rapid eLearning模式製作成數位教材。研究流程包括邀請三種領域的汽車保險理賠專家,運用評鑑規準進行教材與測驗之評鑑,並依評鑑之結果與建議修正案例教材後,再由9位壽險通路輔導專員進行評鑑,最後以壽險通路輔導專員的評鑑結果再修正與設計成為本研究所發展的教材。
      本研究也建立了自學式線上案例教材的設計發展模式,包括運用不同利害關係人的立場設計案例,應用範例教學與鷹架構築做為教學策略,發展教學案例評鑑規準及案例教材測驗評鑑規準。最後,本研究對運用案例教學法設計汽車第三人責任保險理賠自學式網路教學教材提出建議,並對未來相關研究方向提出建議。

    Abstract:
    Domestic and foreign insurance companies have developed many online training materials and courses, however, most of the domestic general insurance claim training courses are inclined to teacher-centered, didactic teaching. In recent years, scholars have put forward the case method as a method of helping students acquire high-level cognitive ability through situated learning and problem solving. The purpose of this study is to design and develop a set of cased-based, online training materials about motor vehicle third-party liability insurance claim as well as to establish a design framework of training materials with case method.
      This study applies the design-based research approach to analyse the current training needs of the insurance industry, and to develop the cased-based, motor vehicle third-party liability insurance claim online training materials. The design principles of case method were initially drawn from the literature. Later, the researchers used rapid eLearning model to develop the online case-based training materials. Three motor vehicle insurance claim experts were invited to participate the formative evaluation about the quality of cases used in the online training materials, the researcher later revised cases according to the results of their evaluation. Finally, a summative evaluation was given by 9 life insurance channel sales officers and the final training materials were thus completed after the revision based on the results of evaluation.
      This study has also developed a framework of case-based online training materials, which includes designing cases from the standpoints of different stakeholders, using worked example and scaffolding as the instructional strategies, and developing the instructional case writing rubric and case material assessment rubric. Finally, this study has put forward suggestions regarding the design of online case-based motor vehicle third-party liability insurance claim training materials and has made recommendations regarding future research directions.
