    Abstract: 企業對於專案管理流程知識越來越重視,業界資訊專案管理制度化也成必然趨勢。藉此本專案建立一套有系統的專案管理機制與檢核工具,強化人員專案管理能力,透過專案管理的精神,將知識與經驗歷程留存為資產。
    本研究目的以專案管理流程,發展出檢核表手冊的表單,並以影音學習平台為例,提供給企業內初學新手專案管理者或專案負責人員在每年續約檢視遵循使用外,以提升專案的執行效率與成效。研究採用設計發展研究法,研究工具以訪談大綱、問卷調查,針對內外部具有專案管理領域的專家進行訪談,收集檢核表方向與內容回饋,而問卷調查以專家與專案管理者,各別審核檢核表手冊之滿意度。
    本研究得到的結論有:(一)影音學習平台之專案管理流程符合專案精神。(二)設計發展出適用專案管理者人員使用之檢核表手冊。(三)影音學習平台之檢核表手冊受到專家與專案管理者的肯定。(四)本檢核表手冊對於專案管理人員執行工作流程有實質幫助。
    最後依據上述結論,對企業內部以及對未來研究的建議,擬將檢核表手冊放置於內部網路硬碟區,供專案管理者能夠使用,可了解在執行專案管理的流程,亦可協助專案的執行效率與成效。
    Nowadays, most large enterprises are paying highly attention on project management. An institutionalized project management of corporate information has become an inevitable trend. A systematic project management mechanism and verification tools will be established in this study to strengthen the project management capacity of personnel and retain the knowledge and experiences as assets through the nature of project management.
    The purpose of this study is to design checklists for video website learning platform project management to ensure the project management process is fully complied. Further, a guideline on how to use these checklists during the project management will be developed as well. The checklists and guideline will support newly appointed project managers or project officers when renewing the service contract with external vendors every year. The study adopted design-based research (DBR). The research approach was by interviewing project management experts and with questionnaires in order to obtain their comment regarding the checklist design.
    The results of this study include: (1) the project management process of the video platform is in line with the nature of project; (2) an useful project management checklist is designed for project managers; (3) the checklist is affirmed by project management experts and project managers; and (4) providing valuable assistant to project managers on their actual practice.
    As a conclusion, by using the project management checklist, the project managers could learn the project management process rapidly and improve the effectiveness of project management implementation.
