    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討臺北市公立國民小學兼任行政職務教師在工作壓力與情緒性飲食的現況及其之間的關係。
    本研究以103學年度臺北市公立國民小學兼任行政職務教師人數為母群體,採用問卷調查方式進行資料之蒐集。共發出440份問卷,回收有效問卷為423份,有效問卷回收率為96.1%。受試樣本資料以統計軟體SPSS18.0來進行統計分析,採用的統計分析方式為信效度分析、描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、獨立樣本單因子變異數分析、重複量數單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關分析,所獲致研究結論如下:
    一、臺北市公立國民小學兼任行政職務教師的工作壓力為中高程度以上,其中以「工作負荷」的壓力感受程度最高。
    二、臺北市公立國民小學兼任行政職務教師的情緒性飲食屬於中等程度,其中以「行為反應」的感受程度最高。
    三、臺北市公立國民小學兼任行政職務教師的工作壓力和情緒性飲食呈現正相關的關係。最後,根據相關文獻及統計分析結果,對教育主管單位、國小兼任行政職務教師及未來研究者提出相關建議。
    The purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation and the relations among work stress and emotional eating of the public elementary school administrative teachers in Taipei City.
    This research took the public elementary school administrative teachers in Taipei City as the population. This questionnaire was delivered to 440 teachers. However, of these returned, only 423 were valid, and questionnaire return rate was 96.1%. The data of this research was analyzed by using SPSS18.0. The statistical methods used for data analysis included factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, T-test, one-way ANOVA, repeated measures one-way ANOVA and Pearson’s correlation. The conclusions were summarized as following.
    1.The work stress of the public elementary school administrative teachers in Taipei City is moderate, of which the work load is most obvious.
    2.The emotional eating of the public elementary school administrative teachers in Taipei City is moderate and more, of which the interpersonal relationship is most obvious.
    3.The work stress versus emotional eating is negative correlation of the public elementary school administrative teachers in Taipei City. Based on the theories and the statistical analysis, suggestions were offered for educational authorities, elementary school administrative teachers .
