    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討大學校院碩士研究生升學影響因素,因此本研究採用調查研究法,搭配自編問卷「大學校院碩士研究生升學影響因素調查問卷」作為研究工具,郵寄至各樣本學校,進行大學校院碩士班研究生升學意願的背景變項與影響因素研究。本研究主要目的包含:
    一、 了解大學校院碩士研究生之背景變項。
    二、 探討個人因素與大學校院碩士研究生選擇升學背景變項之相關性。
    三、 探討家庭因素與大學校院碩士研究生選擇升學背景變項之相關性。
    四、 探討學校因素與大學校院碩士研究生選擇升學背景變項之相關性。
    五、 針對研究結果比較選擇升學大學校院碩士研究生,其個人因素、家庭因素、學校因素等變項,是否有顯著差異。
    六、 本研究主要結論歸納如下:
    一、 大學校院碩士研究生在大學生時期在校成績優異者繼續升學研究所的比率較高。
    二、 大學校院碩士研究生選擇升學的意願不會因為家庭經濟好壞受影響。
    三、 大學校院碩士研究生父母學歷在高中職以下者,其選擇升學的意願受到較大的鼓勵。
    四、 大學校院碩士研究生父母職業對於大學校院碩士研究生選擇就讀研究所之意願影響並不明顯。
    五、 大學校院碩士研究生之升學影響因素以個人因素最明顯。
    六、 大學校院碩士研究生之升學影響因素之個人因素中以學習動機最明顯。
    七、 大學校院碩士研究生之升學影響因素之家庭因素中家庭教育態度高於家庭期望。
    八、 大學校院碩士研究生之升學影響因素之學校因素中以教師期望最明顯。
    九、 不同「學校區域」的大學校院碩士研究生在升學因素中個人因素達到顯著水準。
    十、 不同「學科領域」的大學校院碩士研究生在升學因素中個人因素及學校因素達到顯著水準。
    十一、 不同「父母親教育程度」的大學校院碩士研究生在升學因素中家庭因素達到顯著水準。
    十二、 不同「父母親職業」的大學校院碩士研究生在升學因素中學校因素達到顯著水準。
    十三、 學校院碩士研究生升學之影響因素與背景變項部份具有相關。
    The purpose of this study is to understand the influencing factors of graduate school entrance. To support the findings for this study, a survey is conducted and the questionnaire is answered by selected school to realise the reason for further study and others factors for graduate school entrance.
    Objectives of included:
    1) To understand the background variables of the postgraduate students.
    2) To explore the variables between individual factors and others influences on the decision making for further study.
    3) To understand the variables between family and the postgraduate students'' choice on further study.
    4) To explore the variables between school and the postgraduate students choices on the further study.
    Compare the variables of family, school, and individual factors on further study decision making.

    The main conclusions are as follows:
    1) Students performed well in undergraduate school have higher possibility to enter postgraduate school.
    2) Household economy did not influence the decision on further study.
    3) Parents’ education level under high school is more likely to support for further study.
    4) Parents’ occupation did not influence the decision on further study obviously.
    5) Individual factors influence the decision on further study strongly.
    6) The motivation to learn under the variable of individual is more likely to encourage for further study.
    7) The family support and attitude have higher effect than family expectation toward further study decision making.
    8) Teacher’s expectation under the variable of school influences the decision on further study obviously.
    9) Different school area of the postgraduate students affected more by the individual variables.
    10) Different studies field of the postgraduate students affected more by the individual variable and school variable.
    11) Different parent’s education level of the postgraduate students affected more by the family variable significantly.
    12) Different parent’s occupation of the postgraduate students affected more by the school variable.
    13) The influencing factors of postgraduate studies are related to the background variables.
