    摘要: 本研究旨在調查基北區技職校院四技日間部大一學生選校因素與學習滿意度之情形,探討技職校院學生就讀前選擇學校影響的因素,與就讀後的學習滿意度,選校資訊的參考來源,進行現況分析、不同變項之認知差異情形、相關程度分析。
    本研究透過文獻探討後,採用問卷調查法,使用研究者自編之「技職校院學生選校因素與學習滿意度之研究-以基北區為例調查問卷」為研究工具,共發出750份問卷,回收662份,有效樣本數651份,有效問卷比率為98.3%。將問卷所得資料以描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、雪費法事後多重比較、皮爾森積差相關分析等統計分析,進行綜合討論與分析,歸納出以下幾項結論:
    一、基北區技職校院學生選校因素與學習滿意度以「生活條件與輔導」、「課程與師資」、「學校聲望」層面認知程度較高。
    二、基北區技職校院學生選校資訊參考管道以「招生宣傳文宣」、「學校官方網頁」為印象最為深刻。
    三、基北區技職校院學生就讀學校影響意見最深的重要他人為個人本身決定、其次為父母親。
    四、基北區技職校院學生在不同背景變項中的選校因素認知程度並無顯著差異。
    五、基北區技職校院學生在不同背景變項中的學習滿意度認知程度有部分差異情形。
    六、基北區技職校院學生選校因素與就讀後學習滿意度整體均呈現中度正相關。
    This study aims to make an in-depth exploration on the factors of how the vocational college and university of technology four-year technical program freshman choose schools, and their learning satisfaction in the Keelung and Taipei Area. And to understand the students choose schools information source, conduct situation analysis, the cognitive differences between different variables of the situation, the degree of correlation analysis.
    After review of related studies, a questionnaire survey procedure was conducted. A total of 750 questionnaires were distributed, 662 questionnaires returned, and 651 questionnaires were valid samples. The effective response rate was 98.3%.The data was analyzed with descriptive statistics, t- test, one-way ANOVA, scheffe'' method multiple comparisons, and Pearson''s Product-moment Correlations analysis.
    The conclusions of this study can be summarized as follows:
    1.The vocational college and university of technology students in the Keelung and Taipei Area choose the school factors and learning satisfaction with "the living conditions and guidance”, "curriculum and faculty”, and “college reputation" are high level consciousness.
    2.The vocational college and university of technology students in the Keelung and Taipei Area choose schools information source most impressive are "enrollment propaganda", and "school official website".
    3.The vocational college and university of technology students in the Keelung and Taipei Area attend school on the advice of others is most important personal decision itself, and followed by parents.
    4.The vocational college and university of technology students in the Keelung and Taipei Area choose the school factor in the awareness level of different background variables is not reached significant differences.
    5.The vocational college and university of technology students in the Keelung and Taipei Area learning satisfaction awareness of different background variables in the situation has reached the piece variations.
    6.The vocational college and university of technology students in the Keelung and Taipei Area choose the school factors and learning satisfaction showed overall moderate positive correlation.
