    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討技術型高中學生技能檢定學習動機與檢定成效之關聯。透過問卷調查法,調查新北市967 位技術型高中學生技能檢定學習動機的概況,深究技術型高中學生技能檢定學習動機與檢定成效之間的關聯。
    本研究主要發現:
    一、新北市技術型高中學生的技能檢定學習動機以「期望成功」層面最高,「工作價值」層面次之,「正向情感」層面最低。
    二、在檢定成效上技術型高中學生「已取得丙級證照」平均數為1.96張。
    三、技術型高中學生技能檢定學習動機對檢定成效無顯著影響。
    四、技術型高中學生追求「工作價值」的學習動機對檢定成效呈現負向的作用,這個發現有必要做進一步的探討。
    This study aims to investigate the relationship between learning motivation and effect of skill tests among of vocational high school students. The research tool is a self-designed questionnaire used to collect the target data in New Taipei City. There are 967 vocational high school students participated in this survey. This study applied correlation and regression analysis to determine the relationship between learning motivation and effect of skill tests. The findings are listed as follows:
    1.The "success expected" is the highest motivation among the students, then "work values", and "positive affect" listed third.
    2.The result reveals that the average of c-class certificates is 1.96 copies among the vocational high school students.
    3.There is no significant influence of learning motivation on effect of skill tests.
    4.The motivation of "work value" has found negatively with effect of skill tests, it needs to be interpreted more details.
