    Title: 國小低年級學童母親教養期望與工作價值觀之 關係研究

    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討母親教養期望與工作價值觀之間的關係,本研究以台北市317位育有國小低年級子女之在職母親為研究對象,採用問卷調查法進行資料蒐集,所使用研究工具包括教養期望量表以及工作價值觀量表,所得資料以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、Pearson 積差相關,以及逐步多元迴歸等統計方法進行分析。
    本研究發現如下:
    1.母親教養期望的重視程度為中上程度,依序為「品格及能力期望」、「人際互動期望」、「未來成就期望」、「學期成績期望」。
    2.母親工作價值觀個體構面及環境構面的重視程度為中上程度,依序為「成就」、「支持/管理因素」、「自我實現」、「獨立」、「理念使命」、「關 係/人際關係」、「工作條件/基本要素」。
    3. (1)不同教育程度之國小低年級學童母親,其教養期望有顯著差異。
    (2)不同年齡、教育成、職業之國小低年級學童母親,其工作價值觀有顯著差異。
    4. (1)母親整體教養期望與整體工作價值觀呈中度正相關。
    (2)母親教養期望各層面與工作價值觀各層面呈低度正相關。
    5. (1)母親工作價值觀各層面對教養期望有預測效果。
    (2)母親愈重視「工作條件/基本要素」工作價值,「學期成績期望」愈高。
    (3)母親愈重視「工作條件/基本要素」、「支持/管理因素」工作價值,「未來成就期望」愈高。
    (4)母親愈重視「關係/人際關係」、「成就」、「管理因素」工作價值,「人際互動期望」愈高。
    (5)母親愈重視「成就/自我實現」、「支持/管理因素」工作價值,「品格 及能力期望」愈高。
    最後,研究者根據本研究結果加以討論,並提出具體建議,以供相關實務工作者及未來的研究者作為參考。
    The study aims to explore the relationship among parenting expectations and working values of Mothers’. The participants were 317 working mothers whom raised children at the lower elementary grades. The data was collected and conducted through questionnaire survey. The instruments adopted by the researcher in the study consisted of the parenting expectation questionnaire and the working value questionnaire. The researcher applied the Statistical Package for Social Science 22.0 (SPSS 22.0) for Windows to deal with the collected data, including descriptive statistics, One-way ANOVA, Pearson’s Correlation, and Moderated Regression Analysis.
    The following are the findings of this study:
    1. Mother''s parenting expectation is moderate as desired in ordering: "character and capability expectations", "interpersonal expectations," "future success expectations", and "achievement expectations".
    2. Mother’s work value of the personal-side factor and environment-side factor is moderate as desired in ording: “achievement”, “support/management factors”, “self-realization”, “independence”, “philosophy mission”, “Relations/relationships”, and “working conditions/basic elements”.
    3.(1) The work value havs significant differences because of the Mothers with the difference of age, education levels, and occupations.
    (2) The parenting expectations have significant differences because of the Mothers with the difference of education levels
    4. (1) There is a significant correlation between overall parenting expectations and overall work value for Mothers, but the correlation is moderate.
    (2) There is a significant correlation between parenting expectations in all levels and work value in all levels for Mothers, but the correlation is low.
    5. (1) Mothers’ work value in all levels have predictive effects on parenting expectations.
    (2) More emphasis on importance of "working conditions/basic elements" work value, the " achievement expectation" is higher for Mothers.
    (3) More emphasis on importance of "working conditions/basic elements" and “support/management factors “work value, the "future success expectation" is higher for Mothers.
    (4) More emphasis on importance of " Relations/relationships",”achievement” and “management factors“ work value, the "interpersonal expectation" is higher for Mothers.
    (5) More emphasis on importance of “achievement / self-realization“ and " support/management factors" work value, the "character and capability expectation" is higher for Mothers.
    According to the results of this study, the researchers discussed and proposed the
    concrete suggestions as references for people who might do the relevant practical consultant or further researchers in the future.
