    Abstract: 車臣位處於高加索山的南部,其南部與阿拉伯伊斯蘭國家相連,同時連結東西方黑海以及裡海的重要石油樞紐,對於俄羅斯的地緣政治極為重要。受到封閉性地緣因素的影響,塑造了車臣人民的強硬及團結性格,這讓車臣歷史歷經了許多的武裝抗爭。
    而本論文將以蘇聯解體後普丁政府時期對車臣的政策為重點,透過歷史研究法從俄羅斯帝國時期蘇聯時期對車臣的政策,而後分別討論俄羅斯對車臣在政治、社會安全、經濟和反恐四個面向的政策。
    Chechen also plays an important role in the geopolitics of Russia. It is located in North Caucasus and connected to the southern Arab-Muslim World and Oil Hub between the Black Sea and Caspian Sea. The geographic factor of Chechnya sculpted the tough and united temperament of its resident, because of Chechens Such tough character and let Chechnya facing lots of struggle force.

    This thesis focuses on putin’s policy towards Chechnya after the fall of Soviet Union. First, it considers about history background by using historical research to explain the policy of Russian Empire and Soviet Union to Chechnya.
    Second, it is discussed putin’s Chechnya policy in four parts, politics, social security, economic and Counter-terrorism.
