Abstract:	21世紀中共空軍已實現了國防和軍隊現代化的跨越式發展，確實執行「空防合一」體制，提升核心軍事能力和完成多樣化軍事任務能力，承擔起打贏「信息化條件下局部戰爭」和完成「非戰爭軍事行動」的雙重任務責任。就地緣戰略而言，中共以軍事實力為後盾達成立足亞太區域霸權之戰略目標，將對我國在亞太地緣戰略環境的生存發展上形成更大軍事威脅；我們要掌握中共空軍在戰略思想演進與現代化進程成效。本文研究目的，試圖檢證下列問題：一、回顧中共各時期領導人意識型態與因應國際情勢所制定的中共國家戰略；分析各階段為維護中共國家利益與服從以「黨」領政指揮下所發展制定的共軍軍事戰略與空軍戰略方針。二、中共空軍逐步實現「攻防兼備」戰略構想的過程，並針對中共空軍在推動跨越式發展與建立聯合作戰打擊能力分析探討。三、針對臺海一旦發生軍事衝突之可能作戰方式，以及我國國防應有因應對策予以研討與建議。 21th century, PRC''S Air Force has been achieved national defense and military modernization by leaps and bounds. Assume winning for local war in informatization condition and complete "non- war military operations〞Dual task responsibility. Situ geo-strategic terms, PRC''S Military Strategic objectives backing accomplish of strength base oneself on Asia-Pacific regional hegemony. Our country will form a larger military threat on the survival and development of the Asia-Pacific geo-strategic environment. We want to grasp Evolution of PRC''S Air Force strategic cogitation, and the effectiveness of the process of modernization. Purpose of this study, attempts to study the inspection certificate the following questions: Primary, review the period of China president ideology in response to national strategies developed by the international situation. PRC''S Air Force the progressive realization the offensive and defensive process. Second, against push forward PRC''S Air Force leaping development and discussed establish joint operations strike capability. finally, discussed the possibility of warfare military conflict in the Taiwan Strait, defense should have the Countermeasures.
