    Abstract: 2008 年影子銀行概念首次提出,有許多人將美國金融危機歸咎於影子銀
    行。金融穩定委員會在2011 年時對26 個主要國家進行調查,影子銀行規模總
    值超過67 兆美元,其中中國約占4%至5%,規模為20 至30 兆人民幣。近期,
    各界學者也逐漸表明中國要正視影子銀行的重要性及影響,本論文將從PEST
    分析討論影子銀行的發展因素,並從政府、商業銀行及企業個別探討其影響。
    In 2008, the concept of shadow banking was proposed at first time. Many people
    considered that the US financial crisis was because the shadow banking. FSB
    investigated 26 major countries in 2011, and discovered that the scale of
    shadow banking worth more than $ 67 trillion. China accounts for 4-5%, about
    20 to 30 trillion Chinese Yuan. Recently, scholars have gradually indicated
    that China must face the importance and influence of shadow banking. This
    paper will discuss the development factors of shadow banking through the
    analysis of PEST and its influences from the government, commercial banks
    and enterprises.
