    摘要: 本研究所研發之離心過濾設備與一般離心過濾機過濾方式有所不同,在市面上還未曾出現,藉由在濾室中央裝置過濾介質,持續添加工作流體,顆粒受離心力的影響往濾室周圍移動遠離濾材,不易造成濾餅的堆積,藉由進料量大於出料量來達到過濾效果,與傳統的管式膜過濾進行濾液通量的比較,結果顯示本離心過濾裝置擁有非常好的過濾效果。
    使用不同的粉體粒徑、改變工作流體的濃度、調整濾室的轉速與裝置不同的濾材來探討本研究所研發之離心過濾機,在進行過濾時濾液通量的多寡,與顆粒在濾室內移動的情形。
    結果顯示粒徑越大粉體受離心力的影響越大,濾液量越多;濾液通量會隨著工作流體的濃度增加而濾液通量減少;調整濾室轉速越高,顆粒在濾室內所產生的離心力越大,越不易附著在濾材上,因此濾液量就多,使用濾心當做過濾介值濾液通量比薄膜管多。
    The centrifugal filtration equipment in my study is different from other centrifugal filtration devices, it had never appeared in the market before. This centrifugal filtration equipment takes the method of continuing filtration. By putting filter member in the middle of the filter chamber and continuous adding working fluid, the particles will keep away from the filter member because of the centrifugal force and the cake will be hard to accumulate. The effect of centrifugation is better than cross flow. I make the inlet bigger than outlet to filtrate and compare with the filtration flux of traditional tubular membrane filtration, it seems that the centrifugal filtration equipment in this study has excellent filtration effect.
    When particles are bigger, the influence by the centrifugal force is more obviously and the filtrate will get more. The filtration flux will become lower when the concentration gets higher. When the rotation is higher, the particles in the filter chamber are bigger and accumulate hardly, therefore we can get more filter. To sum up, using cores the as filter membrance can get more filter than membrance.
