    Abstract: 近年來,眾多研究者開始反思傳播教育該如何教,並且不斷的探索
    傳播教育中「理論」與「實務」的平衡點。傳播科系「實習媒體」也日
    益成為培養傳播人才,以及推行實務學習的有效途徑。然而,「實習媒
    體」應該透過何種方式教?以及在實務學習中學生的理論知識是如何獲
    得的?成為了各個傳播科系不可忽視的問題。
    本研究就從「實習媒體」出發,透過服務學習從做中學的理念,反
    思從實習媒體教育中,知識的整個變化過程?大學傳播教育中,應該怎
    樣建構傳播知識?以及大學傳播教育體系中,該如何利用實習媒體實現
    對學生專業的養成?
    從「行動—反思」理論出發,透過對十位淡江大學實習媒體學生的
    深度訪談和參與觀察的方式,分別探討實習媒體中知識、倫理以及服務
    學習的意義,這三個部分逐一討論以回應本研究問題。
    研究結果發現,即便是在實習媒體中「理論」和「實務」從來都不
    是分開的,學生透過具體情境的學習,不斷探索解決問題的方式,同時
    也在行動中反思理論與知識。並且,學生在服務學習中,透過實習媒體
    的訓練以及製作新聞的過程中,對一般倫理和專業倫理皆產生了一定的
    認知。
    傳播人才的培育,不僅僅是為了培養適應業界環境的匠才,更應該
    使學生在實務操作中學會多元的思考,最終成為傳播行業的英才。本研
    究初步的從知識學門在傳播媒體的建構進行了探討,也希望未來能為相
    關研究提供參考依據。
    In recent years, many researchers start rethinking how to teach communicator and how to keep a
    balance between theory and practice in teaching communicators. Practicum in campus media has been
    used as an effective approach to train a talented communicator and popularize practical training in
    communicator’s education. However, it has become an unnegligible problem in how to provide practical
    training and theoretical knowledge in the education of communication department.
    Based on the practicum in campus media, this research reconsidered the changing process of the
    knowledge system in the learning-by-doing communicator’s education, and the construction of the
    communication theoretical knowledge, as well as the teaching of professional knowledge in
    communicator’s education in college.
    According to the action-reflection theory, this research discussed the significance of the knowledge,
    ethics and service learning in practicum in campus media to answers the research questions of this study
    basing on the in-depth interview and field observations of ten participants.
    The research results indicated that the theoretical knowledge and practice could not separated in the
    practicum. The students could learn how to solve problems through practice in working situation.
    Meanwhile, they could reflect the acquired theories in working practice. In addition, these students
    renewed their theories and professional knowledge in the service learning of media and campus news
    production.
    The teaching of communicators should not only focus on the training of talents meeting the needs of
    the media industry but also emphasize on the practicing of students’ multiple-level thinking skills in
    practical operation. This research primarily investigate the construction of the knowledge system in
    communication education and provided some references to the relevant studies.
