摘要:	全球化與科技化的風潮帶動下，產業主軸轉向創新與知識共濟的型態，而臺灣的文化產業近幾年逐漸發展，透過政府與民間力量的規劃，帶動文化產業園區的興起。在文化旅遊中，新博物館也激起了觀光的熱潮，因應時代的改變，博物館也有不同的發展方式，不再只是以前單純的典藏、保存、供人觀覽，而是透過地方資源的結合，將地方、生態、社區博物館統整，將博物館所孕育的資源及文化，帶入地方過去的歷史脈絡，從社區關懷與連結地方情感的方式，並以說故事的方式呈現，點出時代的故事與背景，更貼近當地民眾的心與帶動地方文化產業的發展。觀光發展帶動了旅客與當地居民共同的目標，隨著文化資產相關的法律保護下，在具有懷舊意象的淡水重建街中的故事背景，除了擁有歷史背景的文化，加上空間與街道的懷舊意象，透過文化產業的發展產生新的藝文意象，在保有歷史風貌的空間中，經歷了年代累積了復古文化的面貌，將文化產業又再添上一種舊與新的空間對話，透過田野調查法去探究其透過何種方式被形塑出懷舊的符號與意象，並如何表達出懷舊的意義，是本研究的主要目的。 Globalization and cultural tourism trend, driven by innovation and knowledge industries s, while Taiwan''s cultural industry development in recent years, gradually, through the planning and civil government forces, leads the rise of cultural industrial park. In cultural tourism, the new museum has sparked a boom in tourism, in response to changing times, the museum also has a different approach to development, not just a mere collection before, but through a combination of local resources, the place, ecology, community museum integration, resources and culture nurtured by the museum, past the place into historical context. Linking with the local community care emotion, and storytelling presented in a way to point out the story of the times background, closes to the heart of the local population and promotes the development of local cultural industries. Things to promote the development of common goals travelers with local residents, in the case study of Tamsui cultural quarter, as protected under the relevant laws and cultural assets in a nostalgic image of freshwater reconstruction. Street construed with nostalgic images of space and streets, generates new imagery arts through the development of cultural industries. Hence, it maintains the historic look of the space, through the accumulation of years of cultural settings. I found that cultural industry added another one kind of field for dialogue. Through qualitative research, I also explored the ways exhibiting the symbols and imagery of nostalgia and how to express a nostalgic sense.
