    Abstract: 學術單位網站起源甚早,網站之功能與定位在脫離單向傳播時代後亦有所變遷。現今,大專院校網站在建構中的模式與以往已產生相當大的迴異,本研究將融合傳統建構模式並增加許多新穎的當代元素,以淡江大學為例,對網站進行整合性探討、驗證,找出「設計者」和「使用者」兩方各重視的要素與其權重。
    本研究結合傳統的各項服務模式與網站建構文獻,進一步予以嶄新的當代建構技術作為理論構面根基,經過個案研究研擬國外具標竿網站之特性與優點,並在層級分析法中獲得「設計者」和「使用者」所重視的要素權重,藉以進行品質機能展開(Quality function Deployment,QFD)。在本研究後期實作新網站驗證中,明確改善使用者在初期提出的各項問題與重視之要素構面,證實了模型之可行性與實用性,期望本研究所完成之品質機能展開建構模式能在日後提供給大專院校網站技術參考,並改良當代大專院校網站。
    Despite early appearances, the functionalities of educational websites has changed. Nowadays, there are many varieties of modules in the process of constructing such websites. In this research, the traditional model will be examined alongside the new website''s elements. By combining analytics from Tamkang University we will determine the key factors that matters the most for both users and developers.
    After integrating the service models and reviewing related documents, the researcher has added new technologies for the base theory and collected merits from other well performing university websites. By using analytic hierarchy process and quality function deployment, the researcher was able to determine key factors that are crucial to users and developers. The usability test at the end
    of the research shows the primary problems has been solved and the research has feasible value. The researcher expects this research could be beneficial in the construction of university websites in the future.
