    Abstract: 本研究針對神魔之塔繁中維基進行個案研究,並藉由網路民族誌及深度訪談法,了解主題型wiki虛擬社群的知識分享動機及行為。
    本研究結論如下:
    一、主題型wiki虛擬社群「利他」、「渴望學習」、「經驗傳承」、「互賴性」、「成員相似性」、「團體氣氛」為最主要知識分享的動機
    二、主題型wiki虛擬社群中,成員間的互動模式存在問題解決、資訊強化、情感交流、干擾與反制四者,但情感交流成分較少
    三、可發現知識分享螺旋模型中各階段的知識分享行為出現於主題型wiki虛擬社群之中
    四、wiki網站的開放及快速的平台特性,對於知識分享行為可能是優點也可能是缺點
    根據研究結果,本研究提出建議如下:
    一、對wiki網站管理員而言,建立健全的知識分享環境,讓使用者更願意分享其自身的知識
    二、對遊戲廠商而言,可以了解玩家在wiki網站上的知識分享動機及行為,進行遊戲的回饋修正或行銷策略。
    This study focuses on the virtual communities of theme-based wiki, Tower of Saviors Wikia, as a case study. This research takes the approach of netnography and intensive interviews to investigate theme-based wiki’s knowledge sharing in order to understand what its incentives in knowledge sharing and how its knowledge sharing behaviors work.
    The conclusions of the study are summarized as follows:
    1. The main incentives of knowledge sharing in the in the virtual communities of theme-based wiki are altruism, eagerness for learning, experience transmission, similarity, interdependence, group atmosphere.
    2.Interactions in theme-based virtual communities are problem-solving, consolidation of information, affective communications, disturbance and anti-disturbance, but there are few affective communications.
    3.The features of wiki such as openness and fastness can be advantages or disadvantages.
    The suggestions of the study are summarized as follows:
    1.To the theme-based wiki managers, it is important to create a better environment to motivate more users to participate in sharing their knowledge.
    2.To the gaming companies, they can study the incentives and behaviors of knowledge sharing to improve their games or to make marketing strategies.
