本論文從ICT資產管理工作中,統計資產問題作業流程改善所發生的頻率並探討其主要原因。本研究採用個案分析法。以I公司代管客戶ICT資產為例,以A銀行為研究對象,探討該個案於ICT資產管理遭遇的問題,並以分類分析樣本資料,進行相關研究。 研究發現,ICT資產問題資產清冊更新(28.4%)、硬體設備異動(12.6%),硬體設備新增(11%)。其中A銀行資產清冊更新(14.7%)、硬體設備新增(9.8%)、硬體設備異動(5.1%)為所有客戶百分比最高。 本研究將前述80%的問題,再依問題屬性歸類為八項問題,並針對發現的問題進行原因探討,提出建議解決方案,供後續其它資產管理研究參考。 關鍵字:資產管理、問題管理、流程改善 This paper counts the frequency of improving asset problem operation procedure in ICET assets management work, and also explores the major reasons. It employs case study method, takes I company that manages ICT assets for the customer as an example, and takes Bank A as the study subject. It aims to explore the problems encountered by the case company in ICT assets management, and analyze the sample data by category, so as to conduct the related studies. As shown in the study, the ICT assets problems that take much time include updating assets list (28.4%), changing hardware devices (12.6%) and adding new hardware devices (11%). Wherein, Bank A takes up the highest proportion among all customers in terms of the said three items. The study classifies 80% of the said problems into 8 problems based on the problem property. Moreover, it explores the reasons based on the specific problem and proposes suggestions and solutions, which provide reference for the follow-up study of assets management.
