    Abstract: 由於消費者對於產品的品質要求愈來愈高,提升產品製程的能力以提高
    產品良率是品管上很重要的議題。而製程能力指標(process capability indices, PCIs)是實務上評估產品製程能力的一種重要指標,本研究考慮望大品質特性的 CL 指標。
    Weibull 分配是工程上最常用的一個壽命分配,本研究考慮在此壽命分配下,利用逐步第一失敗設限樣本來建立雙參數的信賴區間和信賴區域,並找出壽命績效指標 CL 的不偏估計量,以其為檢定統計量 ,並提出一假設檢定程序以判定壽命績效是否達到預定的能力水準。我們使用蒙地卡羅模擬法模擬在各種設限計畫下的檢定力,並對檢定力作分析比較。最後,我們用兩個數值實例去示範如何使用本研究所提出的檢定程序。
    Since the consumers’ demand for the quality of products is getting higher and higher, to upgrade the process capability to reach a pre-specified target has become a very important topic in manufacturing industry. In practice, process capability indices (PCIs) have played an important role to evaluate the process capability of the producing processes for any products. In this research, we focus on the index of CL for the lifetime of products with Weibull distribution.
    Weibull distribution is one of the most commonly used lifetime distribution in many engineering fields. In this study, we construct a confidence interval and a confidence region for two parameters based on the progressive type I censored sample
    for Weibull distribution. The unbiased estimator of the lifetime performance index CL is found and it is used as the test statistic to develop a hypothesis testing procedure to determine if the process is capable or not. The Monte Carlo simulation is done to compare the powers under various censored schemes and a comparison conclusion is made. Finally, we give two practical examples to illustrate the use of this testing algorithmic procedure.
