    Abstract: 本研究主要在探討居住在台北市及新北市的中國(含港澳)籍新住民之創業動機與創業幸福感之認知情形,另亦探討台北市及新北市的中國(含港澳)籍新住民不同個人特質在創業動機與創業幸福感認知之差異情形。
    本研究透過立意抽樣方式進行抽樣,問卷發放方式採透過熟識之原籍中國(含港澳)友人協助發放。本研究共發放200份問卷,總計回收118份,剔除因填答不完整之無效問卷共有27份,實際有效問卷為91份。主要研究結果如下:
    (1) 新住民其創業動機主要以機會型創業動機為主,生存型創業動機其次;大部分受訪的新住民認為其創業的動機為「證明自己的存在價值而創業」。
    (2) 新住民其出創業幸福感以心理幸福感為主,其次是社會幸福感;大部分受訪的新住民認為其創業的幸福感源自於從創業活動中獲得成就感,自信心以及實現人生價值。
    (3) 離婚比已婚的新住民其在創業動機上主要為了證明自己的存在價值而創業。
    (4) 生存型創業者的創業幸福感明顯低於機會型創業者。
    This study focuses on the entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial happiness cognitive situation of new immigrants from China (including Hong Kong and Macao) who live in Taipei and New Taipei City. In addition, the research concentrates on their cognitive difference in their personality between their entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial happiness.
    The method of judgmental sampling is adopted to get the samplings for this study. Total 200 questionnaires were distributed and 91 valid questionnaires returned. After the empirical research, the major findings as follows:
    (1) New immigrants'' entrepreneurial motivation is mainly opportunity entrepreneurial motivation, and secondary is necessity entrepreneurial motivation. Moreover, “proving their own existence” tend to be the main entrepreneurial motivation for most recipients.
    (2) New immigrant entrepreneurs’ happiness is mainly derived from psychological well-being and secondary is from social well-being. Apparently, their happiness mainly comes from the achievement, confidence, and the value of life gained during entrepreneurial activities.
    (3) The divorced new immigrants are more likely to take “proving own existence” as their main entrepreneurial motivation than those who are married.
    (4)Necessity entrepreneurs tend to have lower happiness than opportunity entrepreneurs.
