    Abstract:   創新為台灣產業關鍵的議題,新創公司主要失敗原因為沒有明確的商業模式以及缺乏對市場充分的瞭解,而商業模式的架構能夠建構出完整的營運模式,有系統性及全面性的考量,降低創業初期的不確定的風險。群眾募資的出現,創造新型態的融資模式,為創新企業開創實現成功的道路。
      台灣股權群募於2015年7月12日正式上路,成為全球第七個、亞洲區第二個啟動股權群募的國家,因此本研究希望透過整合互聯網創業發展、商業模式及群眾募資三方面進行探討,以提供新創企業結合股權群募商業模式建構。
      本研究透過蒐集資料及深入訪談分析,探討新創公司將股權群募融入商業模式設計的影響,以個案的方式對新創企業進行深入分析與研究。透過有系統性的分類歸納並得出結論,以提供創業者結合股權群募於商業模式的建構。
      本研究所得到之研究結論,新創公司成功募集資金關鍵因素及新創企業股權群募商業模式成功運作的原因為:
      一、創新創意實體產品
      二、結合社會環境趨勢
      三、獨立集資成為趨勢
      四、商業模式結合關鍵夥伴價值
      五、股權群募下商業模式納入信任機制
      Innovation is a major issue for industries in Taiwan. The most common reasons why startups fail are that there’s no particular business model and they don’t fully understand the market. Whereas an operating model is built by business models. With systematic and comprehensive consideration, they could reduce the risk of uncertainty. Crowdfunding creates a new way of financing early-stage startups
      Taiwan equity crowdfunding, as the seventh country in the world and second in Asia, was launched officially on July 12, 2015. Therefore, the aim of this study is to integrate the entrepreneurship development of internet, business model and crowdfunding to help start-up companies design equity crowdfunding business model.
      This research discussed the impact of a startup company that implements equity crowdfunding into the business model design through data collection and in-depth interviews. We’d like to share some advice to entrepreneurs on crowdfunding, and the key elements to success can be concluded as the following:
    1. Innovative and creative products
    2. Social environment trends
    3. Independent fundraising
    4. Business model combined with the key partner value
    5. Equity crowdfunding business model combined with the trust mechanism
