    Abstract: 隨著經濟全球化,全球製造業都面臨著轉型與升級的抉擇,特別是在資源嚴重短缺、人口結構老化、激烈的競爭壓力以及人們對產品需求變化快速的背景下,該如何提高生產力、降低製造成本和更彈性化的生產方式,成為了現今全球製造領域所面臨的最大挑戰以及決定成功與否的關鍵因素。此外,過去文獻大多都是在各別探討物聯網、大數據、雲端等對產業和科技發展之影響,但對於探討整體工業4.0概念應用的相關研究相對稀少。因此,本研究欲探究工業4.0概念應用、資訊整合程度及新產品開發績效彼此之間的關係,並從工業4.0焦點探討資訊整合程度對新產品開發績效之影響。
    本研究採用SPSS統計軟體作為分析工具,以便利抽樣之方式收集台灣及大陸科技產業為樣本,作為研究對象來進行實證分析。並以因素分析、信度分析、層級迴歸、干擾效果分析等方法進行分析。問卷發放期間為2016年2月至2016年3月,共計發放206份問卷,最終回收之有效問卷為200份。
    這項研究的結果如下:
    1. 工業4.0概念應用對資訊整合程度有顯著正向之影響。
    2. 資訊整合程度對新產品開發績效有顯著正向之影響。
    3. 工業4.0概念應用對新產品開發績效有顯著正向之影響。
    4. 資訊整合程度在工業4.0概念應用與新產品開發績效之間具有中介效果。
    5. 產品特性對資訊整合程度與新產品開發績效間具有干擾效果。

    With the economic globalization, the global manufacturing industry faces transformation and upgrade choices, especially in the severe resource constraints, demographic ageing, competitive pressures and the rapid background changes in product demand. How to increase productivity and reduce manufacturing costs and more flexible production methods, became today''s global manufacturing''s biggest challenges and key factors of success. In addition, the past literature discussed Internet, data, cloud and their impact on industrial and technological development. However, rare studies assessed overall industry 4.0 concept. Therefore, the primary purpose of this study was to explore the application of industry 4.0, information integration and their relationship with new product development performance.
    This study used SPSS statistical software to analyze data. The sample were collected from high-tech industry in Taiwan and Mainland China. This study used factor analysis, reliability analysis, hierarchical regression analysis, interference analysis during February to March 2016. A total of 206 questionnaires were issued, and eventually 200 were returned. The results of this study are as follows:

    1. Industry 4.0 has a significant positive influence on information integration.
    2. Information integration has a significant positive impact on new product development performance.
    3. Industry 4.0 has a significant positive influence on new product development performance.
    4. Information integration has mediating effect on the relationship between industry 4.0 and new product development performance.
    5. Product characteristics moderate the relationship between information integration and new product development performance.
