The army is mostly composed of male. It can be expected that female military officers and sergeant in this male-dominated group are facing greater difficulty in terms of public opinion pressure, family pressure, physical load, and promotion pressure. Female soldiers will have to fulfill job duty while taking care of families at the same time. Therefore, in this study the moderating effect of family support for female officer on the impact of career development strategy on career satisfaction has been investigated, and all the theories are based on the career development strategy proposed by Gould & Penley (1984), definition of career satisfaction provided by Zingeser (2004), and family support proposed by Jocobson (1986) and Hsin-Ying Li (2001).
This research questionnaire is targeting female military officers and sergeant . A total of 200 questionnaires were sent out in emails, and a total of 161 valid questionnaires were collected after eliminating invalid questionnaires with incomplete response. Data analysis will then be carried out based on various statistics methods such

as descriptive statistics, item analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis, hierarchical regression analysis, t-test, and analysis of variance.
The results of this study reveals that: 1. The career development strategies of female military officers and sergeant have shown significant positive impacts on their career satisfaction, 2. The family support of female military officers and sergeant has shown significant positive impact on their career satisfaction, 3. The family support of female military officers and sergeant has shown significant positive moderating effect on the impact of their career development strategy-boss appeal on career satisfaction, 4. There are significant differences on the career development strategies, career satisfaction, and family support by different demographics variables of female military officers and sergeant .
