    Abstract: 車聯網保險就是利用車載資通訊系統與大數據分析的創新結合,透過車聯網大數據了解駕駛員的駕駛習慣,依駕駛風險高低來計算車險保費。「車聯網保險」又被稱為Payd,除兼採從人與從車因素外,另外也會依據駕駛人的駕駛行為來計算車險保費,保費可依據風險程度再予以細緻化與差異化。
    本文透過問卷分析探討台灣地區的消費者對於車載資通訊系統的載具成本、法規、穩定性、流行性、品牌認同與購買意願之間的關係,共取得有效問卷490 份,並藉由SPSS及AMOS統計軟體進行資料分析。根據本文的路徑分析結果顯示,品牌認同會正向影響流行性和穩定性,載具成本和品牌認同有正向關聯,流行性和穩定性的程度會直接影響消費者對車載資通訊系統的購買意願。
    Usage based insurance is an innovative combination of telematics system and big data analysis. Through the telematics, we can understand the driver''s driving habits, and his level of driving risk to price the auto insurance premiums. Telematics Insurance is also known as pay as you drive(Payd) to price auto insurance premiums, premiums may be further detailed oriented and differentiated according to the level of risk based on the driver''s driving behavior.
    This paper analyzed and discussed through the questionnaire from consumers in Taiwan among the relationship of carrier cost, regulations, stability, fashion, brand and purchase intention .We use AMOS and SPSS statistical software to analysis 490 questionnaires. Structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis showed that, Brand will positively affect the reliability and fashion , the carrier cost and brand will directly affect the fashion, and reliability and fashion will directly affect the willingness to use Payd systems.
