    Abstract: 軍人的領導統御的專才與特質,非一朝一夕可形成,軍人如何領導軍人,在不失軍人理當應有的尊嚴與服從天性的前提下,如何適度的調適領導統御風格,或是領導統御的規範,係是軍隊如何存續與強大的重要關鍵。本研究欲從領導特質要求、領導情境理解、以及領導關係認知著手,探究非軍事教育、軍事教育對於領導統御特質的訓練與課程分別為何,而這兩類教育體系在領導統馭這專門上是否有關連性,是否可就訓練與課程上的轉換,培育出符合軍隊要求的領導統御特質。研究發現民間領導訓練課程對軍人領導統御並無顯著影響力,本研究建議在有限的資源下,部隊得以與學校專業領導課程與訓練合作,從講師的聘用到課程訓練的設計,皆由部隊與學校合作,部隊可藉由學校的資源,獲得最新的領導統御技巧與知識,而學校也可以透過部隊專業人力的協助,提供符合軍人需求的專業課程,同時建立可供軍人訓練的模擬情境。
    The formation of leadership skills and characters for military man is not an overnight assignment, how to adopt appropriate leadership styles and norms with dignity and obedience thus are critical to maintain the strength and existence of military. The research is to discuss how general education affect to military education, what the connectedness between general education and military education, and whether the general education is able to transfer to military education, in the requirements of leadership characters, the comprehension of leadership context, and the cognition of leadership relationship. The results found that there is no significant correlation between general education and military education in military leadership. The recommendation represents that general education and military education can cooperate with one and another, to improve the military leadership.
