    Abstract: 第一部分:
    以烏爾曼型態的反應方式合成出6H-吲哚[2, 3-b]喹啉及其不同取代基的衍生物。
    第二部分:
    將第一部分的產物往後進行合成,並以總共四步驟的全合成得到類白葉藤鹼,為一種天然生物鹼,在醫藥方面上具相當的應用性。
    The 1st Part :
    We used Ullmann-type reaction to synthesize 6H-indolo[2, 3-b] quinoline and its derivatives.

    The 2nd Part :
    We successfully synthesized Apocynaceae alkaloid, Neocryptolepine, in four steps. It has a wide spectrum of application in pharmacology.
