第二部分: 石蒜科生物鹼的全合成,鈴木耦合反應是合成出Galanthindole, Lycosinine A和Lycosinine B的關鍵步驟,另外也發現N-Methylcrinasiadine的另一種合成路徑。 The 1st Part : Synthesize of 2''-bromo-[1, 1''-biphenyl]-2-carbaldehyde derivative with Suzuki coupling reaction and applied to the synthesis phenanthridinium bromide skeleton Amaryllidaceae alkaloids.
The 2nd Part : Strategies for the synthesis of Amaryllidaceae alkaloids. Investigations of optionally synthetic routes to approach N-Methylcrinasiadine were demonstrated as well. In addition, three structurally related alkaloids Galanthindole, Lycosinine A and Lycosinine B were concisely prepared by using Suzuki coupling reaction as the key step. |
