    摘要: 人口結構改變，生育率逐漸降低，少子化問題日益嚴重，加上醫療技術發展進步，人們的平均壽命增長，為了避免造成家庭與子女的沈重負擔，現代的我們不僅僅是要活得長久，更要活得健康，因此一個高品質的生活，個人健康問題更是不容小覷。有鑑於此我們對於疾病的觀念必須改變，要開始對促進健康之行為採取行動，才能於事前降低疾病發生的機率。
    本研究利用發放問卷之方式來探討民眾對於健康管理之觀念，以及願意透過穿戴裝置進行健康管理之意願，藉此分析行動與穿戴裝置運用於健康管理之發展趨勢，回收之有效樣本為1,241份，再利用敘述性統計分析、T檢定、變異數分析以及迴歸模型分析進行探討。而依據本研究之實證分析結果如下：
    1. 大部份民眾認為穿戴裝置發展尚未純熟，難以符合使用之需求，使得持有穿戴裝置之比率較低。
    2. 平均而言，民眾多半認為利用行動或穿戴裝置上傳健康資訊，會有洩漏個資之情形，進而影響其對於此類相關保險之投保意願。
    3. 年齡層為30歲以下之年輕族群以及教育程度高者，對於保險公司推出結合穿戴式裝置之健康險，較有購買意願。
    4. 風險愛好者反而對於結合穿戴裝置之健康險較有購買意願，也較能接受保險公司利用穿戴裝置所上傳之運動健康資訊，進行保費調整之機制。
    As the innovation of wearable devices, people can detect their health status and record their exercise by wearable devices immediately. Furthermore, we can use wearable devices to reduce the incidence.
    The purpose of this study is to investigate the willingness of using wearable devices and integrating wearable devices at personal health management. We use the questionnaires survey to analysis this issue. Our questionnaires survey contains 1,241 valid copies. Then, we adopt the T tests, analysis of variance, and probit regression analysis to construct our empirical analysis.
    The empirical results are showed as follows.
    1. The rate of using wearable devices is low because most people think the function of wearable devices is not well-design to fit their demand.
    2. Many people concern their private personal information are not safe if they use wearable devices.
    3. People who are under 30 years old and have higher education level are more willing to buy the health insurance which integrates wearable devices.
    4.People with lower risk aversion attitude are more willing to buy the health insurance which integrates wearable devices and to accept that insurance companies adjust their premium based on their health information and exercise record by using the wearable devices.
