摘要:	台灣的人口結構不斷改變，高齡化、少子化、長壽風險、退休金破產等問題帶來了許多的衝擊，如何做好自身的退休規劃就顯得非常重要。過去研究顯示性別因素、年齡因素、家庭因素、教育因素、健康因素、財務因素、工作因素等，都會影響到國人的退休決策。藉著問卷調查，了解國人對於退休生活是否有信心，並找出影響國人退休信心的因素為何，以作為相關單位改善退休商品或制度的依據，期望能幫助國人改善自身的退休規劃。有許多的因素都會影響到退休信心，研究結果普遍顯示，健康狀況、平均年所得、為了退休額外準備了多少錢、是否擁有自有住宅、有沒有購買長期看護保險與退休信心呈現顯著的正相關；而年齡、認為要有多少錢能退休與退休信心呈現顯著的負相關。 As the population structure changes in Taiwan, it brings lots of issues on population aging, low fertility, longevity risk and retirement funds in bankruptcy that are very important to prepare retirement planning. Previous studies showed that the factors affect retirement decision such as gender, age, household, education, health status, economic situation and job. The study use the survey to probe the Taiwan people''s retirement confidence and to find what factors will affect retirement confidence. We hope the result can help the concerned department improve retirement goods, retirement system and Taiwanese to make retirement plan. There are a lot of factors that affect the retirement confidence. The results generally show that health status , average annual income, financial preparation for retirement, residential ownership and longevity insurance have significant positive influence on retirement confidence. In addition, age and the thinking of how much need to be prepared have significant negative influence on retirement confidence.
