本論文內容主要在探討國內外農業保險制度的演化歷程，探討兩岸農業保險制度，希冀能以此作為我國農業保險制度發展的借鏡。 本論文主要目的在探討台灣、法國、美國、日本、印度及中國等農業保險制度的演化歷程，藉以瞭解國外農業保險制度之現況。將兩岸農業保險制度進行比較，包括主要特色、承保範圍、重要條款及保險費率考量因素，藉以汲取中國農業保險制度之經驗，以利我國進一步發展農業保險制度之參酌。依我國農業保險制度發展為考量，研擬具體建議事項，供農業相關單位及保險業參考。 This paper mainly discuss the evolution in the course of domestic and foreign agricultural insurance system, and explore cross-strait agricultural insurance system, hoping to be able to draw on as Agricultural Insurance System Development. The main purpose of this paper to explore the evolutionary history of Taiwan, France, the United States, Japan, India and China and other agricultural insurance system, in order to understand the current situation of foreign agricultural insurance system. The cross-strait agricultural insurance system were compared, including the main characteristics, the coverage, the essential features and premium rate considerations, in order to learn from the experience of China''s agricultural insurance system, to facilitate the further development of the light of the agricultural insurance system. According to China''s Agricultural Insurance System Development for the consideration, elaboration of specific Recommendations for agriculture-related institutions and insurance information.
