隨著高齡社會的來臨，導致醫療照護支出承受日漸增長的負擔，我國面臨少子化，未來人力需求甚殷，因此利用遠距照護是值得深思的問題。目前保險業也有預防醫療的概念，南非健康保險公司- Discovery，將科技與健康保險相結合。 本研究目的是透過問卷調查法，針對受訪者進行行動裝置與雲端資訊系統對於商業長期看護保險分析調查。分別就行動裝置使用性之差異分析、長照保險法認知、保險業經營長期照護相關產業、自行購買商業長期照護保險意願、保險公司提供誘因增加使用行動裝置紀錄健康資訊意願、保險公司利用行動裝置記錄健康資訊來決定續期保費、相關資訊安全的態度、雲端資訊系統使用性意願之差異分析，得到的實證結果如下： 1.受訪者越普遍使用行動裝置來測量運動數據，他們就越可能會將運動數據上傳到雲端以便日後觀察自己的身體狀況 2.教育程度高，健康狀態好與有運動習慣的民眾越有意願將運動數據上傳到雲端 3.受訪者之年齡、運動習慣對於擔心資訊是否洩漏有顯著影響 4.受訪者之性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、幾位小孩、教育程度、職業、個人目前平均月收入會對於保險公司利用行動裝置所記錄的運動與健康資訊來決定續期保費產生顯著影響 With the advent of an aging society and the growth of health expenditure, how to use new technology such as mobile device and cloud information system to reduce the diseases incidence has became an important issue. The insurance companies also try to combine the new technology and preventive health care to reduce the probability diseases incidence. For example, Discovery health insurance companies in South Africa provides halth insurance that insured can get cheaper insurance premium by using mobile device to record their health and exercise information to qualify the certain level. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among the analysis of mobile devices and the cloud information system applied to the private long-term care insurance. By conducting the questionnaires survey to analysis this issue, our questionnaires survey contains 391 valid copies. The questionnaires survey results are showed as follows. 1.The individuals who often use mobile device to record their exercise information have more willingness to upload their exercise record to cloud information system. 2.People with high education, good health status and exercise habit have more willingness to upload their exercise record to cloud information system. 3.The demographic variables including age and exercise habit have the significant impact on concerns of private information security. 4.The demographic variables including age, gender, marital status, the number of children, the level of education, occupation, monthly salary have the significant impact on whether life insurers use health and exercise information to decide renewal premium.
