摘要:	企業是社會的重要組成，創建和諧企業文化是構建和諧社會文化的重要支持和基本保障。南懷瑾先生強調：企業家必須要有“人格”追求，唯有把“天下為公”的中國傳統精神融入到投資和經營的理念中，才能平衡個體與整體、企業與國家的矛盾，從而實現共同和諧的發展。　　和諧企業是和諧社會的重要環節，而企業家精神又是和諧企業的核心。循著南懷瑾先生與淨空法師的足跡，所導引出的一些社會活動，一些具有跨時代意義的作為。構建和諧社會到中國夢。和諧政策配合宗教、媒體、教育與文化建設及構建和諧社會的可行路徑。　　Enterprise is an important component of society, to create a harmonious corporate culture is important to build a harmonious society and culture to support and basic security.
