    Abstract: 綜觀全球趨勢走向，高科技產業已成為世界各國之經濟命脈，並為促進國家整體經濟發展之核心產業。同時，高科技產業所生產之產品具備價值高昂、獨家專利不可取代之特性，因此於生產過程中，包含了從原料市場的原料運送，生產過程的半成品、加工品及成品的運送，皆需高度倚賴貨物承攬業者的完善安排，在最短的時間內將貨物安全送抵目的地，使得高科技產業降低其存貨壓力，減少高單價產品遺失所造成之損失，相對可使企業降低庫存與營運成本，保持市場高度競爭力。故高科技產業藉由評量各項關鍵因素，以此為選擇優良的貨物承攬業者之基準，而貨物承攬業者也由眾多關鍵因素內，先改善某一主要因素之後，再逐步去改進其他次要因素，把有限的資源集中在最有效的因素上，以增加貨物承攬業者於市場之競爭優勢。
    因此，本研究以高科技產業為例，以決策實驗室分析法(Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory, DEMATEL) 為研究工具，探討台灣高科技產業選擇貨物承攬業者的關鍵因素。研究結果建議高科技產業，應由「運送」構面為切入點執行選擇貨物承攬業者的方法，並以「企業聲望形象」、「服務有形性」、「運價成本合理性」作為重點，構思與規劃台灣高科技產業如何選擇貨物承攬業者之關鍵因素。冀望更多高科技產業藉由參考本研究結果，作為選擇貨物承攬業者之依據。貨物承攬業者也可依此進行關鍵因素的加強與改善，強化企業弱點，提升服務品質，使其在競爭激烈的貨物承攬市場裡，去維繫客戶的信任度與創造更多雙贏的合作機會。
    Reviewing the global trend, high-tech industry has become the core to improve the economic development in the world. Meanwhile, the products of high-tech industry include the irreplaceable characteristics with high value, the delivery of raw materials from the market, the semi-finished and finished products are required on fright forwarders’ perfect arrangement, the goods can reach the destination with safety in the shortest time, and the high-tech industry can decrease its inventory pressure, reduce losses caused by the loss of high-priced products, reduce inventory and operating costs, and maintain a highly competitive ability in the market. High-tech industry can select the high quality forwarders by the key factors, and forwarders can upgrade a major factor then improve other ones gradually, centralize the limited resource on the most effective factors to increase the competitive advantages in the market.
    This study took hi-tech industry as a sample and used Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) as the tool to explore the factors influencing the selection of freight forwarders for Taiwan high-tech industry. The result confirms that business should get started from “transport factor” and focus on “business reputation”, “service tangibility” and “reasonable freight rate” to come out the key factors of how to select freight forwarders. Hope that more high-tech enterprises take the results of this study for reference to select forwarders. Freight forwarders can also strengthen weaknesses, and create more win-win cooperation opportunities in the competitive market.
