Abstract:	近年來台灣漸漸進入少子化年代，未來邁入高齡化社會使得大家愈來愈重視社會福利制度，而現今社會的低薪資、高物價與高房價使年輕人買不起房子，加上現代年輕人相較於以往更優渥的環境中成長，消費觀念與價值認知與以往不同，故欲探討現在與以往的消費在相互拉扯下，究竟會造成儲蓄率的上升亦或下降，二者之間的差距又會是縮小還是擴大。　　隨著醫療的進步與發達，許多國家面臨高齡化社會的問題，因此都非常重視年金制度的實施，以期對人們未來老年時有所保障，但年金制度為世代互助的設計，未來老年人口的上升與勞動人口的下降，將會造成年輕人背負龐大的負擔，年金的改革為各國必然的趨勢。而人們在年金制度的實施後，是否會就此認有年金作為未來老年時的保障，便將其視為一種儲蓄行為而減少現在的儲蓄，還是會繼續保持當下的儲蓄行為是本研究將要探討的。　　　本研究主要使用的分法，是以Johansen共整合關係檢定來觀察序列間是否具有共整合關係，若具有共整合關係，再利用向量誤差修正模型（VECM）跑出長期均衡關係與短期互動關係，以觀察本研究欲探討的結果為何。　　In recent years, Aging population and low fertility in Taiwan. There are more people to pay attention at social welfare system. Younger people have grown up in a better environment, they had better education and better quality and lives. Their values of consumption is different from their parents in recent years. Most countries have faced an aging population problem, and the pension is an important issue around the world. This research wants to know whether the saving rate will affect after implementation of pension system. This study use Johansen test and VECM model to find that the long-run relationship and short-run relation between saving rate, birth rate and other macro variables.
