本研究主要使用的分法，是以Johansen共整合關係檢定來觀察序列間是否具有共整合關係，若具有共整合關係，再利用向量誤差修正模型（VECM）跑出長期均衡關係與短期互動關係，以觀察本研究欲探討的結果為何。 In recent years, Aging population and low fertility in Taiwan. There are more people to pay attention at social welfare system. Younger people have grown up in a better environment, they had better education and better quality and lives. Their values of consumption is different from their parents in recent years. Most countries have faced an aging population problem, and the pension is an important issue around the world. This research wants to know whether the saving rate will affect after implementation of pension system. This study use Johansen test and VECM model to find that the long-run relationship and short-run relation between saving rate, birth rate and other macro variables.
