摘要:	隨著電子商務的蓬勃發展，利用網路進行交易活動時，由於買賣雙方無法像在實體商店一樣同時完成價金與商品的交付，在缺乏互相信任的情況下而興起第三方支付產業。中國大陸為全球電子商務發展最快速的國家，至今已經有超過250間企業取得支付業務許可證，其發展型態多元且企業家數龐大。　　因此本研究將以中國大陸的第三方支付產業做為借鏡，分析最具代表性的支付寶與財付通的成功模式以及第三方支付業者與銀行間的關係。藉此探討在「電子支付機構管理條例」實施後，臺灣的第三方支付與中國大陸的發展差異以及銀行業與第三方支付業者的利益衝突問題，並提出未來可以跨產業合作的策略建議。 E-commerce becomes more popular in recent years, and changes a lot of consumers’ payment habits. Despite the popularity of Taiwan''s consumer internet usage, online shopping uncertainty still higher than physical stores. Therefore, third-party payment platforms are blossoming. It guarantees the transaction security of both buyer and seller, and ensure the normal operation of capital flow and logistics. Also, it reduces the trade disputes. Third-party payment has impacted on the financial system in Mainland China. This thesis will analyze the effects on the banking industry after Taiwan promulgated the Act Governing Electronic Payment Institutions last year. And in the near future, the main niche areas for competition in the third-party payment industry will be O2O payment and cross-border payment.
