Abstract: Higher education combining with technical and vocational education is the developing
trend in past two decades in Taiwan, not only giving personnel training but also applying to the
development of the national economy, so curriculum design of school must be adjusting to the
needs of enterprises. Due to escalating of young generation unemployment problem, from
employers’ view, we found that entrepreneurs’ attitude toward the moral of college graduates were
highly positive, which indicated business attitude in the workplace toward college graduates’
performance were impressive. On the academic pressure, we found that students’ feeling about the
pressure of social environment is the highest value of all, followed by the curriculum design and
learning anxiety. Therefore, we recommend that appropriate adjustments on teaching methods for
changing business needs and requirements, increase more outside campus internship opportunities,
and improve learning and usage drop to meet the expectations of the society.
