Abstract: In recent years the emerging tension in East Asia has been the focus of attention in Asia-Pacific region due to the sovereignty dispute between Mainland China and Japan, especially for the Senkaku Islands, and the unpredictable behaviors of North Korea. Although China, Japan and Korea are members of the Six-Party Talks after 2003, the involvement of United States and Russia in East Asia not only did not solve the complicated problems of the region, but make the regional security more difficult to resolve. In this paper we will focus on the interrelations among Mainland China, Japan, Korea and the United States and its impact on the East Asia Security.
