    Abstract: В данной статье рассматриваются слова-композиты в современном русском языке. Появление подобных образований является одним из важных процессов в развитии нашего языка, поскольку в последнее время наблюдается тенденция к экономии речевых усилий, что связывается, прежде всего, с ростом аналитических элементов в русском языке новейшего периода.
    The article is focused on the new widespread compound words in the Russian language of today. The number of these lexical units appears to be a result of the English influence, as well as a growing tendency of the Russian language towards analytism.
